Honorable Ibe Facilitated the following Educational Improvement Projects through Organizational Donors, State and Federal Government. 

• The conversion of Ofaliawu Secondary School into a state-of-the-art Smart School equipped with 100% computerized classrooms, 247 Electricity, and modern curriculum, ensuring that students have access to cutting-edge technology for their learning (Completed).
• Construction and furnishing of Modern 3 Classroom Blocks at Abam High School in Ozu Abam, Arochukwu Local Government Area. (Completed).
• Construction and furnishing of Modern 6 Classroom Blocks In Abia Ohafia in Ohafia LGA. (Completed).
• Construction of  Modern 3 Classroom Blocks at Ukwa Community Primary School, Nkporo in Ohafia LGA. (Completed).

Honorable Ibe Facilitated the following Quality Agricultural and Food Security Projects through Organizational Donors, State and Federal Government. 

• Supply & Support to Arochukwu/Ohafia Farmers with Improved Farm inputs (Cassava stems, yam seeding, maize seeds and egusi seeds) to Aide Quality Production and Food Security (Completed). 

• Training and Agro-Empowerment Program for 100 Women and Youths in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency to expose farmers to various agricultural skills that are essential for modern farming practices (Completed).

• Training and start up support for Women and Youths in Poultries and Fisheries, This program empowered over 100 constituents with start-up equipment's such as; Bags of fish feed, Bags of poultry feed, Fingerlings, Cartons of chicks, Drinkers and feeders for poultry, Pond for the fish etc (Completed).

• Training and empowerment program additional 100 farmers, focusing particularly on women and youth, as part of 5000 women/youth Human Capacity Training,Skill Development and Start Up Grant in Arochukwu /Ohafia Federal Constituency (Completed). 

• Several Arochukwu/Ohafia graduates have benefited from federal employment.
• Several Arochukwu/Ohafia Youths have benefited from Presidential Grants/Supports through Hon. Ibe's Advocacy.
• Hon. Ibe through his pet Foundation offers over 200 Students a Tertiary Education Scholarship Program for students from Arochukwu and Ohafia LGA's in Abia State
• Hon. Ibe through his pet Foundation offers over Post Graduate Students students from Arochukwu and Ohafia Local Government Areas in Abia State, Education Scholarship to study Abroad.

• Bill to amend the Federal Medical Centres Act and establish a Federal Medical Centre in Ohafia Local Government. (Passed Second Reading) 
• Renovation of Selected Public Health Centers in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency (Ongoing)

• Procurement and supply of Brand New Transformers and Vandalized Cables to restore electricity distribution in Ohafia Local Government Area, (Ongoing)
• Repay of Transformers/ replacement of essential Vandalized Electricity distribution items in Ohafia Local Government Area, (Ongoing)
• Supply/Installation of all in One Solar Street Light in ISU, UKWAKWU UTUTU, IBOM AROCHUKWU AND UMUZONGBO IHECHIOWA (Completed).
• Installation of All in One Integrated Solar Powered Street Light in Major Markets and Motor Pack in Arocukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency Arochukwu/Ohafia (Ongoing)
