• *Must be a citizen of Arochukwu/Ohafia Local Government Area.

  * Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or possess an exemption certificate.
  * Must have a strong academic record and demonstrate exceptional potential for postgraduate studies.
  * Must have a clear and compelling statement of purpose outlining their research interests and how their studies abroad will contribute to their future goals and Nigeria's development.
  * Must have identified a postgraduate programme and university abroad that aligns with their academic and career objectives. (While not mandatory at the application stage, a clear direction is advantageous).
